We are recruiting for a full time Sawyer.

The successful candidate must have the ability to read and understand plans and shop drawings and be able to cut custom pieces in a precise and efficient manner. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also required. Previous experience in a commercial cabinetmaking facility and/or completion of a recognized cabinetmaking/carpentry program would be considered assets. Familiarity with large woodworking machinery is also preferred.

The positions will be based in our shop in Bedford, Nova Scotia. Extra hours are a periodic requirement.

Candidates will be required to promote and maintain the Mill-Right Woodworking safety program “Safety First & Always” at all times.
